How can I backup my WD My Cloud network drive to ShareFile?

My office has 2 Western Digital My Cloud storage drives; all of our PCs in the office backup to the first drive, then every night, that drive backs itself up to the second drive.  We are looking for an offsite or cloud-based storage solution to backup that drive, so that if there were a disaster or catastrophic failure, we would retain our information.

I haven't been able to get the My Cloud to backup to Sharefile, and all of the customer support I've talked to at both Citrix and WD have been unable to help me do so as well.  I was going to backup the My Cloud to our Dropbox, then from Dropbox to Sharefile, but WD stopped supporting Dropbox earlier this year.

Has anybody been able to backup their My Cloud (or another Western Digital storage drive) to Sharefile.  Perhaps one of you gurus has a bright idea of how to do it.  PLEASE HELP!

We've been using SyncBack from 2BrightSparks.  It comes in three versions, free, lightweight (SE)  and full featured (Pro).  It offers good backup options for mapped drives and ftp.  It can do backups or syncing of directories.  The pro version offers centralized monitoring as an add-on option so you can check on all your backups on different computers from one console.  It offers good logging, and can email logs.  We use it heavily and have been happy with it.
