How does a ShareFile Business subscription stack up against the new Standard, Advanced, Premium matrix

I can't seem to get my hands on older feature matrix that includes the Business subscription.  I am trying to compare what comes with a Business subscription against the new license matrix of Standard, Advanced, Premium.  Anyone have something that details what comes with a business subscription?

Yeah this is a bit crazy. I'm trying to figure out how to activate the custom workflows and now I find out I have to upgrade my business account. I look on ShareFile and the same 4 options are available and none of them are labeled Premium or Platinum.

The customer service for ShareFile has taken a complete nosedive since we started using it. It's at the point now that SharePoint is becoming attractive again (because at least we already have Sharepoint for other reasons, and now that there's no significant daylight in how they perform, why pay for ShareFile?)

I am sorry to hear this transition has been painful!   We are in the process of switching to the new Standard, Advanced, and Premium offerings and will be adding those to the website soon to help provide more visibility.  You can find a feature matrix for the current Business plan here: https://www.sharefile.com/content/dam/sf/pdf/en/resources/pricing-comparison.pdf

In general the plan that most closely maps to the Business level is the ShareFile Advanced offering, however, some of our features such as e-sig and custom workflows are premium features.   If you are struggling with which option may be the best for you I would highly recommend working with some of our growth team members who can help determine based on the features you use most what plan would be a good fit. We have heard the concerns from our customers and have been working to add staff and processes to ensure we can provide exceptional support for questions like these.  We would love to help you find the best plan for you!

I hope this helps!
