There is no option for the administrator to go in and change a password. We have a terminated employee that we do not want to disable their account, but change their password so we have access to the account.
When you go to the employee account, you should see a line that says "Reset" next to "<Hidden for Security>"
If you do not see this line, then it's possible your terminated employee was the Master Admin of the account. For more information about the Master Administrator, please go here:https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208528
In such a case, you will need to either get the password reset email to reset the password (for example, by having email sent to that user's mailbox forwarded to his/her replacement) or contact Support for a process to follow.
