How to login to mobile app - issue with single sign-on not configured for this account

We have a Business account with Citrix ShareFile and we've been using this for a while and everything good. 

Then we have a requirement to utilise the mobile app and we downloded the app called Citrix Files and when press Log In with my Company credentials and follow the instruction but then always have the same error: single sign-on not configured for this account.

Any ideas?

Spoken with Citrix ShareFile support and it's our mistake. We should use the login on the homepage (default) NOT log in with my company credentials.

All good.
