How to prevent automatic new login creation?

We would like to configure sharefile so that only administrator users have the ability to setup new customer-facing 'client' logins.

We want regular employee users to be unable to do this, and also ensure that client-facing logins are not automatically created through the Outlook plugin.

What combination of permissions should we set for regular employees to achieve this, and are there any other settings that should be changed?

Hi Mark, there is a permission to manage client users, but there is no permission for shares. Unfortunately, today you cannot prevent employee users from creating client logins.

Hi there;

I would like to suggest this feature.

A customer of ours is currently evaluating ShareFile, but -unfortunately- this will mean they cannot use the product for their purposes.

If this permission were to be added, ShareFile would become more attractive for customers concerned about security.
