How to send document for signature using secure token method

I have followed the steps given in the Right Signature Documentation for sending the doc for signature and got the response as unauthorized client. Kindly help me with the elaborated steps to do this task

Are you using our new version of RightSignature. Which documentation are you refering to?

and getting response as follows
{"error":"unauthorized_client","error_description":"The client application is not approved"}

It looks like your client application is not approved. Have you completed this step?
https://api.rightsignature.com/documentation/authentication
If not, log in to your RightSignature and create a client application.

Yes,  I have completed this step of creating client application and generating API token and it is showing me active status. Any other cause for getting this response ? Thanks !!
