How to test the new version of the API while still running the old version in production

My company has an integration of the now old version of the RightSignature API integrated and working, but now that there's to be a transition to a newer version, we want to try and make the switch before support for the old version dies out. That being said, how do we test integrations with the new API while simultaneously preserving our existing setups, keys, etc.?

Hi Rallante,

We have created Rs4 API trial accounts for our Rs3 customers. Can you please share your email address with which your old version of RightSignature API account is associated?

Regards,
Vikas

Can you please check your inbox and see if you received a welcome email from RightSignature dated 4th March, 2020? Please check your spam folder as well.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Peter,

We are able to provide API trial account on newer version of RightSignature only if you had an api enabled account on the older version of RightSignature. With the email you have provided I am not able to find any account on the older version of RightSignature. Can you please reconfirm the email id that is associated with your old RightSignature account?

Thanks and Regards,
Vikas

Hi,

Sorry but I am not able to find an API enabled account on older version of RightSignature that is associated with this email id. In this case we won't be able to provide an API trial account on newer version of RightSignature.

Thanks and regards,
Vikas
