I'm in the process of looking at deploying iPads with the Microsoft Office for iPad.

In looking at how the users will get files on and off the device I was hoping ShareFile would be my solution but after calling support I found out there's now way to trigger the "Open In" option built into iOS to get files from ShareFile into Word or Excel.    Yes, I know there are built in Editors, we prefer to use the native Microsoft one.  I realize there's no "file system" to navigate on an iOS device but other programs seem to be able to get documents back and forth without problems - in this case, supposedly DropBox can do this just fine (although I haven't tested it, just saw the option when reading reviews).   I've loved ShareFile, but when your competitor can do something, you'd better catch up quick - this is one of those things that make people ask me, the sys admin, why we don't use DropBox since it does something we need it to.   I'm now in a position to either scrap this idea, use DropBox, or use Microsofts OneDrive.  This combined with other things starts to make ShareFile less relevant as a solution.  I'd be happy to beta test things too - I've been a beta tester for companies like Intuit and VMWare for numerous years.
