Import Excel file to Request List not working

For about the last two weeks, when trying to import an Excel file to create Tasks in a Request List, the file is uploaded, but then continually says Queued.  The tasks are never created, and we must create them manually.  When dealing with lists of 30+ tasks, this makes the process take so long that the feature is mostly worthless to us in this current state.
This happens to all our users, from all browsers, and regardless of whether or not the Excel file is on our PC or in ShareFile.

Hello Ryan,

Sorry to hear about your situation. Just wanted to make sure that all these requirements below are true:

Notes and Limitations (https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX217853)
  • This feature requires the latest version of Google Chrome or FireFox, or Internet Explorer 10 or later
  • This feature is not currently supported for VDR accounts, Archiving accounts, HIPAA accounts, or on-prem files.
  • This is an account-wide feature that cannot be enabled or disabled for specific users.
  • Client users cannot create or manage request lists, but can be added as Delegated Admins.
  • Users without a "Home Folder", otherwise known as a Personal Folder, cannot import an Excel spreadsheet of tasks from their computer. You must first upload the file to ShareFile before initiating the request list workflow. If you do not have a personal folder, this feature was likely disabled by an Admin on your account. Click here for information on Personal Folders.
  • Currently, the "Status" indicator on the main Workflows page will display as "Pending" for any Request List item, even if all tasks are completed. This does NOT indicate the actual status of the Request List tasks. To check the status of your request list, you must click into the request list and verify the status of your tasks at that location. An improvement to the UI is currently in development!
  • Currently, Master Administrators cannot view all workflows created within the account unless the workflows have been shared with the Admin directly.
  • Workflow File Size Limit - PDF 100 MB, All other files 20 MB.
Let me know

Thanks,

Marques Deane
