incorrect function

Using citrix files for windows and when I click on the S: drive I get an error "location is not available; S:\ is not accessible; Incorrect function". It was working yesterday. Any suggestions would be welcome. I'm going to simply turn off and back on again but, even if this works, it's not a particularly workable solution in the long term.

I have the same problem... I noticed that my citrix files drive changes from time to time. So I have the S: and the Y: sometimes. So far, I only get the problem among my colleagues.
I have to stop citrix files, close all documents that I was working on (that were in citrix files) and restart citrix files.

Hi David,

Are you still having issues? The drive not available issue seems related to the file system driver issue. Would you mind reach out on cfwin.feedback@citrix.com and submit your logs. We will have a look at it. 

Can you also confirm if your internet connection was working at the time? Thats another reason when this could happen, and the dashboard of CFWin should indicate this error.
