Initial email for signature should include a "download" link

When sending PDF documents the signer needs the ability on the initial "review and sign document" to download the PDF so that they can review it and mark it up so they can effectively communicate any changes that need to be done to the document.  This will empower our employees to make the changes and then upload a new document for signature.

This is VERY important.
