Inproducible sync errors with ShareFile WinSync - new version 3.17 released with no info by support?

We had different sync errors when files were changed or new versions cretated by ShareFile. The versions are tagged as changed by users who did not use the files.

Citrix support has been investigating (with sometime long waits) for about a month with no result and no advice other than checking out all files while editing. No suitable solution.

Today I notice in the WinSync settings about a new version beeing installed. Version Citrix support did not mention about a new version coming up. 

What can one think about that?

Hi Claudio,

I took a look and it looks like release notes were posted, but in a different state.  I've had adjustments made to it so that it is more visible like the other release notes.

I'm not sure where the communication dropped for your ticket, but I will pass on the feedback for you.
