Invalid Zone - Shared Folder Creation

Hi,

I am trying to create a Shared Folder and receive the error - Invalid Zone. It is the only Zone we have in our system. I have administrator rights to our profile.

I am also unable to create Personal Folders.

What could be the problem please? How do I correct it?

Hi Christeen,

Are you using on premise storage and did you disable the cloud zone on your account?  If you did not open a support case to change your default zone, your default zone would be a cloud zone.  You cannot change your default zone on your own, and disabling that zone when it is your default has caused this effect, historically.
