When accessing sharefile web, it's really slow. I also have Sync and I see the red exclamation mark and it says connection problems.

Anybody else having the same problem ? We saw the same problem on october 2nd.

Internet connection is fine (we can still browse internet)

Yes! We did, too. Currently, my sync application has a red exclamation point and claims to have a connection problem.

Thank you both for your answers.

I think Sharefile sync might have another problem ? I dont see anything on the status page for the moment (http://status.sharefile.com/)...

We are seeing sync working on and off for the last minutes. Users are not happy with this instability.

Hi everybody... Does anybody know what's happening at Citrix ??? Our clients are really questionning the reliability of Sharefile. It's the 3rd incident in less than 2 weeks. Anybody received explanation from Citrix? Is this "normal" for them ?

Hi Amelie,

This is not "normal" for us.  We've updated status.sharefile.com regarding the current latency situation.

Seeing issue reports can lead to a lack of user confidence, but I don't see it that way.

In such a complex system, there will always be issues from time to time. Admins fix what they can find, then test, and must wait to see if the fix holds. That is the nature of IT.

A good company reports to its users when they have issues, so it is a good thing.

A bad company has the same issues, but does not tell you about it, so you cannot hold off on moving big data until such issues are resolved. You just have to wonder if they know about it, or if anything is being done about it. Which is really frustrating.

So, I'd rather hear about it.

Definitely recommend subscribing to the STATUS page, so you get the updates as soon as they are posted.

Hi Joseph, thank you for your answer.
Just to be clear, I am satisfied about the way Citrix is handling the last incidents. The status page keeps us informed and usually, the issues are solved quickly.
