Hiiiii...

Web Browsers can't download folders or multiple files at once so they have to create a ZIP-File. The ZIP-Format is limited to a maximum size of 4GB and 65000 files. Some programs only can handle 2GB though! So corrupt ZIP files are inevitable if one goes over that limit.

There are plenty alternatives:
Download one file at a time
    FTP
    SFTP
    WebDAV
    VPN.... Thanks & Regards...

Yes, when multiple files are presented for download, the default is that all are checked. Uncheck them all, then check one file and start it downloading. Then, while that download is progressing, you can uncheck that file, check the next one, and start it downloading simultaneously with the first. (I wouldn't do more than two simultaneous downloads at a time, though.) Hope this helps!

I would love to have an option that allows to download up to 10 files without having to go through ZIP archiving.

Please Citrix, give us this option ! :)

Yes, this is expected behavior when downloading a folder no matter ... Alternatively, make it simple to assign a local drive letter to the Box master folder. ... empty folders in a full folder/subfolder tree in a resulting zip archive.
