Is it possible to move files from our Kronos system directly to our Shared Folder?

We are trying to do two things:
1.Is it possible for us to send files to a specific folder in the Shared Folder from our Kronos system using API? Ideally, we would like each of our customers to have their own folder that their files will be sent to once uploaded by them in our Kronos system. I just want to find out if and how this is possible before we give ti to a developer.

2. Would each customer be able to log in to their unique folder in Sharefile to view their own documents but unable to access any of the other folders in our company's Shared Folder?

1) Uploading files to a specific folder via the API is a fairly common use case. I'm not familiar with Kronos, but as long as you have some way make the appropriate ShareFIle HTTP calls (or use one of our SDKs) to upload the files then it shouldn't be a problem.

2) Yes, you can set folder permissions so that a user (customer) only has access to a specific folder. Creating a client-type user for each customer could be a good way forward. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208471
