Issue with Folder Notifications (Upload / Download)

Hi there

Our main Sharefile domain has been experiencing issues with email notifications for uploads and downloads for the past month or so.

If I create a new folder and add clients to it and select the notifications for upload or download, they work but we are experiencing issues with folders that were created some time ago (eg. last year) and notification emails are not being sent. I have tried adding new people to the folder to test notifications, and removing and re-adding permissions but I can't get them to work.

We want to avoid having to make different folders because they are being used constantly and it would be a right pain to change them over/would slow us down.

We had the same problem about 60 days ago. Support was zero help. It was coincidental to Citrix resetting auth token creds and told us that it may take a while to “catch up”. After much testing and calls we just let the case age out. I had better things to do than listen to tier1 and tier2 argue what they suspected was the issue the other should fix
