Issues Uploading to Workflow ("Sharefile API Error", "Route Not Found")

Hello, we are having clients of ours report persistent issues when attempting to upload multiple files to Tasks in our Workflows. The errors which they are encountering (see subject line) are preventing them from sending us files we need and we are getting comments such as the following (in their own words:)

"We have more data to upload but the new site is the worst to deal with!  Constantly getting error messages, and having to go back to try to reload and reload because files aren’t going through.  Then spending more time trying to figure out which files were successful and which ones were not.  It pretty much sucks to be honest with you.  And you guys know how many files we need to upload by the time this is all done."

Their workaround has been to log out then back in then attempt 1 file at a time. Searching through these forums I've encountered some posts by Sharefile employees mentioning how some folks' accounts were being stressed, thus resulting in "timeouts and deadlocks". However, the people posting these issues are usually writing their own applications which access Sharefile's API; we are not doing this, we are only using Sharefile's own functionality. Can someone clarify why this is happening and how it can be resolved? Is it possible to have a connection limit be reached by the total count of employee and client users accessing / downloading / uploading to our Sharefile account and if so is this logged somewhere? I have had support requests sent to Sharefile support go completely unanswered in the recent past (or unresolved, ex. adding a new folder to a template and having only a small number folders with the template have it applied to them) so I am hoping to get a response here.
