Issues with API token getting error Read/Write permission required

Hi Jonatan, 

Can you please provide the name of the Client Application you are using, which type of authentication are you using, and the endpoints that you are calling.

Yes, I'm using RightSIgnature, using Authentication via SecureToken

Hi, I meant the name of the client application name for your api key.  This is so I can check the scope on it.  Can you confirm that you requested read/write permission when you requested the key?

I'm not sure but I think the Client Application name is "Hotel Loan Hub", just in case the Application URL is https://www.hotelloanhub.com . And about requesting permissions, I don't know since the client did the request of the API token, is there a chance that you update it if that is the case?

I am unable to locate that key based on the information provided.  If you want to call or email support they can look it up for you based on the email address it was created with.  Or you can create a new key to double check that it is created with read/write permissions.  Can you make read calls? Is it failing on all write calls?  If so, the issue is likely that the key only has read permissions.

I can't call I have tried many times to contact support via email for a few months now and the only answer I've got was to come to this forum. I have requested a new API token with read/write permissions with it takes too long I need it asap PLEASE! the associated email account is Jaime@hotelinvestorapps.com (you can contact me directly to jonatanjas@gmail.com if you need more information)

And the endpoint I'm getting this error message from is https://rightsignature.com/api/templates/my-uid/prepackage.json
