We are using XenApp with Outlook 365. All settings are in Dutch. Only the Outlook plugin is in English. How can force the plugin to use Dutch?

Hi Wim,

I'm on the Engineering team that works on Citrix Files for Outlook (ShareFile Outlook Plug-in).

The Plug-in does support Dutch and should accept the language that is set in Windows and Outlook. Do you mind posting a screenshot to help illustrate the issue you're seeing?

Please be sure to have version 6.1 installed and if you could submit the logs from the Help menu that would be helpful.

Thanks!

Hi Anthony,

Sorry for the delay. Hereby the screenshot. As stated we are using XenApp7 to deploy a desktop. The settings for the desktop and Office are dutch. We do have 6.1 installed.

I've submitted the logs with reference d00427.

Regards,

Wim

Hi Wim - I inspected the log file you submitted. The desktop you are deploying identifies the UI culture as English. Can you try installing the .NET framework Dutch language pack and retry?

Thanks,
Doug
