We have ShareFile folders linked to different channels in MS Teams. Today they are not opening, and when trying to open a file we get the message, "You don't have access or the file isn't there anymore. You can contact the file owner for help." But everybody is having the same issue. I disconnected ShareFile and tried connecting it again, but I never get a log in window (there is no pop-up blocker in play). I have no problem accessing ShareFile from any of the standard channels (Citrix Files for Windows, web app). My IT consultant hasn't found any specific issues on the MS side of things. Not sure exactly where the issue is. Anyone else having this problem?
