Numerous clients (around the US) have indicated that after they login, the web application redirects back to the login page, never actually letting them login and see folders, etc.
Seems random (comes and goes) but has been going on for several hours now.
Anyone else see this ?

I think I just had a customer complain of a similar issue. I watched his screen remotely via GotoMeeting to make sure. I shared a folder with the customer. He clicked the link in the email he received, and logged in with the new login he made. Every time he clicks the login button after entering his password in (using Google Chrome if it matters) it goes to the address Banner.Sharefile.com (Banner is our company name), and the browser screen is all blank white entirely. If he clicks the link in the email again it goes straight to the login screen, as if it is failing to log in, but isn't telling us why.
