Numerous clients (around the US) have indicated that after they login, the web application redirects back to the login page, never actually letting them login and see folders, etc.
Seems random (comes and goes) but has been going on for several hours now.
Anyone else see this ?

I am trying to log in to my Perkins & Co account, but my attempts fail. I click on item pertaining to not updating my password recently since it has been about 9 months since I last used site. I also trie clicking on "forgot password" link, however this does not work either. I've received 2 Sharefile emails. When I click to reset password, and every time I encounter the Sharefile Login screen, the following message is displayed in a peach colored box at the top which reads:
"The link you are trying to access is no longer available. Please try to reset your password again."
BTW -- I know I am using the correct username (email) and password. I am using Safari V12.0.2
If you are unable to login to your account, open yourdomain.sharefile.com and click the Forgot password link.

Citrix identified some unusual logins to certain Citrix ShareFile (aka. Citrix Content Collaboration) user accounts. We are requiring a password reset for all non-SSO accounts. Upon logging into ShareFile, users will no longer be able to use their old password.
