Login Issues ? - Redirecting back to login page after login.

Numerous clients (around the US) have indicated that after they login, the web application redirects back to the login page, never actually letting them login and see folders, etc.

Seems random (comes and goes) but has been going on for several hours now.

Anyone else see this ?

Still getting questions from clients.......anyone ?

Hi Jason,

My apologies for the delayed response.  This has been investigated by our developers thanks to your report.  We don't have an ETA on when it is fixed but it is actively being worked on.

Still seeing this issue ongoing today.  Let's get this corrected.  Customer's get frustrated when they can't login to upload files!

Hi Ed,

Can you please clarify:  Are you saying your users have been getting redirected back to the login page after logging in since August?

I think I just had a customer complain of a similar issue. I watched his screen remotely via GotoMeeting to make sure. I shared a folder with the customer. He clicked the link in the email he received, and logged in with the new login he made. Every time he clicks the login button after entering his password in (using Google Chrome if it matters) it goes to the address Banner.Sharefile.com (Banner is our company name), and the browser screen is all blank white entirely. If he clicks the link in the email again it goes straight to the login screen, as if it is failing to log in, but isn't telling us why.

I am having similar issues (on Jan 5 & 6, 2019.  Here's is a copy of my troubleshooting msg I just sent via your website.
I am trying to log in to my Perkins & Co account, but my attempts fail.  I click on item pertaining to not updating my password recently since it has been about 9 months since I last used site.  I also trie clicking on "forgot password" link, however this does not work either.   I've received 2 Sharefile emails.  When I click to reset password, and every time I encounter the Sharefile Login screen, the following message is displayed in a peach colored box at the top which reads:
"The link you are trying to access is no longer available. Please try to reset your password again."

BTW -- I know I am using the correct username (email) and password.  I am using Safari V12.0.2

If you are unable to login to your account, open yourdomain.sharefile.com and click the Forgot password link.

Refer to CTX238137 - Unable to login to My ShareFile Account, Password Not Working for more details

Citrix identified some unusual logins to certain Citrix ShareFile (aka. Citrix Content Collaboration) user accounts. We are requiring a password reset for all non-SSO accounts. Upon logging into ShareFile, users will no longer be able to use their old password. They will have received an email providing a link to reset their password.

For more details on the recent password policy change, refer to Citrix forces password reset to protect against credential stuffing
