Many users are having problems to log on to Sharefile with any client or device.

Many of my users are having problems to log on to Sharefile (with any client or device). They are also complaining about accounts getting "locked" or simpy does not work for no reason.
My self have today very long response times and had to try 3 times before the web interface let me in to the dashboard.

There is no reports on current issues but it does not feel good right now.

Currently, we do not see any trend regarding locked accounts/issues logging in/authentication.
