Migration Tool Not Opening

I'm slowing moving data over to ShareFile using the migration tool.  Each time I go to open the tool, it won't open until completely shut windows down and restart.  Very frustrating!

I have had this same issue.  I have found that there is a program called onboard.exe that I must kill first thru task manager/end process.  Once I do that, I can run SFMT again.  However, I have just had to uninstall the entire product since it gave me an "Unknown Error".  So now I'm going to reinstall the product and hope it works. 

I've put a lot of time into trying to get SFMT to work.  It's sketchy at best.  I have also tried Drive Mapper, but that kills my OS memory.

I've asked support, but they don't know or have answers.

Hi Richard,
Can you please zip and share the "Logs" folder present in "%appdata%\Citrix\ShareFile\Migration Tool\"  from the machine you are running the Migration tool.

Laura,

I had to turn on Hidden Files from the View Folder Options to see this path.  I am checking with Maheswari on next steps and uploading the files.  More soon.
