Multiple issues accessing files via Drive Mapper

We just recently started using Sharefile and use drive mapper as our primary means of access and have been getting frequent complaints. Things ranging from slow file load times, to being unable to save files, to files getting corrupt, to visual issues after opening a file. We spent a lot of money and time migrating to this system to be dealing with all these issues. Support has been less than helpful. Are there any fixes?

the lag time has been known for a long time and it is due to the nature of file explorer and drive mapper.  i am on the new beta, it is better but still has its moments

You can also try out the Citrix Files for Windows that Jason is referring to. The latest beta can be downloaded from dl.sharefile.com/cfwin. Citrix Files for Windows supports all functionalities that Drive mapper has and also adds more to it. We are working towards making it generally available for all ShareFile users.

is it possible that sharefile needs alittle more bandwith.  I have read issues that they have experienced lag and requested more bandwidth
