New ShareFile iOS 6.8+ Issues

Hi All,

We have a number of issues with the new ShareFile iOS update 6.8+. The new PDF editing features are great (moving and deleting pages etc.), however there are still issues that need resolving for day to day use:

1) Thumbnails are WAY too small. There is no scale to change the number of pages displayed, for those with accessibility vision issues the thumbnails are too hard to see. 

2) Similarly, the edit bar along the bottom to select tools such as highlight and pencil is far too small and not easy to use, same issue with the accessibility vision difficulties here. The "current page" number that appears is also far too small.

3) Thumbnail view no longer has the little bookmark icon on the pages that are bookmarked. You have to go out of thumbnail view, load the bookmark bar to see your bookmarks, but you can't see the page contents from here. This is counter intuitive to productivity, as users often only want to see/select specific bookmarked pages.

4) Every time you tap on a page and go back to thumbnail view, it goes back to the top of the thumbnail page. In a large document it is easy to lose your place, especially without the above mentioned bookmark icon missing from the thumbnails. It should return you to the last place you were before opening a page.

5) A number of users have been reporting that the thumbnails for the pages are incorrect i.e. you tap on a thumbnail expecting that page and you get another, the thumbnail and the page do not match, possible stored in a cache from a previous file? I have not personally been able to replicate this with my own files, it may have been resolved with the 6.8.1 update but we are still testing.

6) You cannot highlight or underline/strikethrough scanned pages that are images rather than text. Can no basic OCR be built into this to enable this or just enable free highlighting anywhere on a page? I cannot remember if the old version had this functionality or not.

Same here, any updates from Citrix yet, have you log a call? Especially annotating scanned images?

We don't have support with Citrix yet, we are trying to get it so we can actually use support. Last time I called I was told to raise an issue report on the website because we are am Enterprise customer, but as we don't yet have a support contract I was unable to actually raise a ticket.

I have confirmed the issue with the incorrect thumbnails persists unless the app is fully deleted and reinstalled.
