No Refund Policy.

I paid $187.50 on 10/1/18 and was prepaid through the month of December. I contacted ShareFile on 11/15/18 to inform them I needed to cancel my subscription as my insurance wholesaler advised me he was providing a similar service. The service rep cancelled my subscription but informed me that I would not receive a refund on the remaining balance as "they do not do that". The sales rep never indicated that a refund of fees was not allowed during our initial conversation. It's not the money, its the lack of concern on the part of the company about keeping clients satisfied and developing a strong referral network.
