Not always auto-prompted for updates

In the past, I have been prompted to update my Citrix Files for Windows.  I received an email last Thursday about the latest update, and that I would be auto-prompted that day.  I still have not received any prompts to update to v4.6.  Why is this?  I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get the update.

Hello LS,

Auto updates happen in a canary process, meaning that we start with a low percentage of users and get to 100% in a week+, so long as no issues are found in the upgrade process or no issues are found that require a hot fix of the release. It would appear that the random process hasn't selected your account yet for the auto-upgrade. I will also note, we currently found an issue so we paused the upgrade process until we can resolve it, which should happen in a day or two. As soon as this issue is solved, today / tomorrow, we will be moving to 10% canary - meaning 10% of our accounts will get auto upgraded. We will continue to increase this number over a few day span until we hit 100% - probably early next week. I'm sorry for any confusion caused by how i worded the release notes. I will modify them going forward to better reflect our auto update process.

Hi Chris, have the new updates rolled out yet?  I still have v4.5.31 as of now.

We just went to 100% this morning, so you should be getting the update today...assuming you have not deployed the GPO to disable auto updates.
