When a user who signed a document tried to view the executed copy via the link he received the message "not authorized. no acls tying user to document." Can you tell me why this happened?  We have just recently changed our email addresses, but this user was created in RightSignature after the email address changes.  Also, where does RightSignature look when the user clicks on the link to verify the email address.

Kendra,

Is this happening for one specific document or for several documents? "No acls tying user to document" - error is shown only when someone else other than owner/signer try to view the document. If this is happening for several documents, you could provide one such document guid and we would look further and see what's going on.

Thanks

This is happening for several documents.  Our email address domain has changed.  The documents were created and processed after the domain change so I'm wondering where RightSignature looks to verify the user wanting to view it.  0560B9C0-E004-4CAB-AC1B-C539397B2CE2

Kendra,

With specific to this document id '0560B9C0-E004-4CAB-AC1B-C539397B2CE2', could you provide me the document-view link sent to the signer and also their email? I am seeing couple of signers as well as two other emails with which this document has been shared and they should have read access to this document.

Thanks
Saravanan
