Not receiving automatic Citrix for Windows Updates

Several of our employee users do not receive a prompt box asking them to update their Citrix for Windows when there are updates available.  One person said she never received an update, and after checking her version, she was indeed out of date.  The only way to fix this was to reload the whole application.  Is there a way other than this to force updates to happen or guarantee that everyone is being prompted to update??

Please check whether the upgrade is not turned off via GPO setting (Enable Auto-update is unchecked). Also do you recollect which version were the users on that did not auto update? 

Please confirm and I will recommend the next steps accordingly.
