Notification download link of a multi-file upload changed

My clients upload files to me all day long.  I ask that they zip them and upload as 1 zip, but most just upload individual files, ranging from 5 to 1000 files.  The notification email used to let me click and download all the files as 1 zip and that has changed.  The link now takes you to the entire box and you have to click the checkbox on the files you want to download.  With 1000 files, this is impossible.  Also, when the client starts uploading it starts going into the box, and if another client is uploading at the same time it mixes the files from both so checking the boxes is even more difficult.

If the notification email download link does not change I will be forced to use something else entirely.
