Our new client can only see some of the folders we gave them permission to view and upload to. All the permissions look identical to us (meaning the folders they can see and the folders they can't see). What should the client do to see the rest of the folders?
Can you open a support ticket for the issue. Also it would help to get the logs from the client machine and information on the folders/files who are not shown up. I am assuming that the client is able to view those missing folders from webapp?
Also one thing that can be tried is logout from Citrix Files for Windows and log by in to see if it refreshes and shows the missing ones. Nonetheless please do open a support ticket.
