ShareFIle Add-in causes outlook to crash when clicking on a specific message folder within Outlook. Doesn't happen if I disable the add-in

Hi John - I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Outlook Plug-in. Can you please provide some more detail for us to troubleshoot the issue? What folder is causing the crash? Did this just begin happening or has it always had this behavior? Are you running the latest version, 5.1.1524.2? (See Plug-in Options -> Help)
Thanks,
Doug

I uninstalled it completely and downloaded the latest one 5.1.2 from the December 21st release. As far as I know, it just started happening.

As for the folder, it's just a generic Sub-folder that was created to keep messages from a specific person in there.

Hi John - Are you running any other add-ins in Outlook? There are cases of some add-ins that aren't compatible with ours.

Can you please provide the log file located here: C:\Users\{{username}}\AppData\Roaming\ShareFile\Outlook\log.txt

You can upload it using the following link: https://douglasgoodman.sharefile.com/r-r2e2dfbf82784142b

Also, if you can reproduce the crash, please also upload the log from Windows event viewer. This may be helpful as well. Let me know if you need help doing that.

Thanks,
Doug
