I've tried to reinstall, but keep getting this error message: "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it." I've tried to uninstall the plug in from my pc to see if that would help, but it won't let me (I get an error message there, too). I'm not technologically adept and have been trying to get through to technical support for the last 3 days, to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
