Outlook plug-in disappeared and now I can't reinstall.

I've tried to reinstall, but keep getting this error message: "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."  I've tried to uninstall the plug in from my pc to see if that would help, but it won't let me (I get an error message there, too). I'm not technologically adept and have been trying to get through to technical support for the last 3 days, to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi Lisa,

It's possible another Windows profile already has the application installed and must first be removed from that profile. I would recommend using Microsoft's FixIt tool to perform an uninstall of the ShareFile Outlook Plugin and then attempt installing again.

Microsoft FixIt tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/

If you continue having issues it would be great if you can open a case with our support team so we can schedule a time to perform a screen sharing session and investigate the issue in real time. We can be reached at 1-800-441-3453 or by creating a ticket in the 'Help' section of the web application.
