Outlook Plugin not staying logged in

Hi

Sharefile is working good, but once in a while daily we have to log in, i believe we not far ago replace a cert but we have been told it was only going to do it the first time but it keeps trying you to log in.  Worth to mention that the current version we use is 5.1.515.1 , let me know if we should try to update for troubleshooting or is something else.

Worth to mention that i got intel that Upgrading the version did not help.
