Given the new authentication methods implemented over the weekend, are there now expiration dates on passwords?
We received an email stating:
"We are requiring a password reset and will be incorporating a regularly-scheduled, forced password reset into our normal operating procedures."
There is no schedule identified, and the password changes are a major disruption to our clients and our business processes. At least if we knew the schedule, we could warn clients ahead of time.
