After I downloaded a PDF and saved it, I went back the next day to view it and the PDF came up as a completely white screen that was blank. How do I fix this?

I already had  'Citrix Print to Sharefile'  set up as a printing option on my PC. So, I went back to my saved doc and 'printed' it again, using Print to Sharefile.  It showed up the second time.  If you go to the location that you chose for the second 'printing', you will see on the far right a blue doc icon.  Click on it. There you will see the file listed twice.  Just delete the earlier file.

what if you're trying to upload a pdf onto citrix and when you click the pdf when it finishes uploading, its a white screen? What do you do then to fix it?

Hi Abbey,

Is the PDF fine when you download it again and view the result?  If so, that would imply whatever created the PDF did not use features in that particular PDF that are compatible with our online renderer.

No sir. When I download the PDF, it comes up as a grey screen and doesn't show me anything but when I am looking at it in my libraries, the PDF is fine! As soon as I switch it over to Citrix ShareFile, it starts acting weird. I can't view it. It takes forever to load and when it does load, all that shows up is a blank white screen. When I download it from Citrix, it just shows a grey screen. This has never happened before when I used Citrix with a previous project. I'm doing the same exact stuff I was doing previously so I don't know what the issue is.

A couple of thoughts on that:

- Is there anything different about the PDF contents this time compared to previously?
- If you put the PDF in a ZIP before upload, if it gets re-downloaded, is it still giving you a bad result?

I'm wondering if the encryption when the file gets uploaded is not compatible with what's gong on in the PDF.

I'm having this same issue, but my files are fine when you download them; just blank when you preview them.
