Periodic authentication error popup that I can't close

Every now and then I get a popup for an "Authentication Error" from Sharefile, I think it is when I connect and disconnect from my company's VPN. When I get this popup, I can't close it and it is on the top of all of the other windows. At this point I am unable to close the popup and close the app until I restart my computer.



Clicking "OK" on the popup does nothing.

If I try and right click on the app next to the clock, it doesn't give me any options.



There is nothing in the Mac "Force Close" window to close, so as mentioned I need to restart my computer for the error to go away.

I have the latest version of the client (19.4 build 30r5).

I am unable to use the app until I restart.

Is there anything I can do to get this resolved?

Did you ever get a resolution to this?  I'm see the same symptom now.  For me Citrix files is working for my shared folders but not for my personal folders.  But the error message every few minutes is driving me nuts.
