When uploading images from the Sharefile APP via upload, they will be transferred to Sharefile in HEIC format and can not be opened. Under Settings Photos (in iOS) I have set the option "automatic" below.
Nevertheless, the pictures arrive in the HEIC format. How do I solve the problem ?

in iOS go to Settings>Camera>Formats then change High Efficiency to Most Compatible. Photos taken with iPhone/iPad camera thereafter should be uploaded to ShareFile as jpg not HEIC. Previous photos in camera roll would need to be converted, not sure if there is an app for that or photos would need transferred to a PC to be converted.

I think this is only a  workaround. We use other Citrix apps like Secure Mail. When you attach picture to email, it gets converted to jpeg on the fly. ShareFile app should do the same.

I have the same problem.  An automatic conversion would be the way to go.
