Previous Versions unavailable

Recently we have had existing files that were opened and saved by a different user. However, the blue previous version pages are not showing up.

Our employees are working off of the Citrix Files program. 

Is there a reason why the file versions would not be registering?

Hi Charles,

It's possible that the folder in question has the Versioning feature disabled. To view/change this setting navigate to the folder within the web application and access Advanced Folder Settings within the More Options menu beside the Folder Name.
