I was using a temporal account to be sure it works for me before buying the licence.

Everything works perfect. I was using the private token

We bought the license for the account that we already have for share file. I update the private token with the one generated for this account, user and password too

I check the account and it said Read/write

when I try to get the response I'm getting this error:
Message = "Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream."

this is my json and it was working before change account
{"file":{"source":"upload","name":"Orientation_Doc_6-13-2018.pdf"},"document":{"access_token":"cHZfZTg2NjZlODJiOTVkNDE4ZTllNWU5Zjg5YjZjZmIyNmQ=","name":"Orientation_Doc_6-13-2018.pdf","message":"123","expires_in":30,"signer_sequencing":false,"roles":[{"name":"a","signer_name":"Isis Villu","signer_email":"isis@sss.com"}]},"sending_request":{}}

It sounds like this error may be related to the recent update to our TLS support.  We no longer support TLS 1.0.  You will need to upgrade your application to use TLS 1.2.

Does a GET on your documents work?  What about with your old credentials?

that confirms that it is not account related and therefore its likely your tls setting.
