Release Notes, Citrix Files for Mac, v19.11

We are pleased to announce that the Citrix Files for Mac v19.11 app is now available for download.  This version can be downloaded from the Apps Page within your ShareFile account or from https://www.citrix.com/downloads/sharefile/clients-and-plug-ins/.  

Users who have Citrix Files for Mac already installed will be automatically prompted to update.


Important Information 

·         Installation requires macOS 10.12 or newer

·         Local computer Administrator permissions are required to install the app



What’s included?  

·         Storage Folder selection – Users may now select where their offline data is stored.  Users with partitioned hard drives may now store offline data on a different partition.

 

·        Fix for Catalina users where files automatically downloaded when in column view

·        Fix for a sharing violation errors with Microsoft Excel documents 

·        Other miscellaneous fixes and stability improvements

Hi Crystal, in the link you posted there's only version 19.8 available?

The Storage Folder option mentioned above, as per the GUI help, it's NOT intended for offline access, but only for recent files cache. Can we make sure if it does indeed allow us to select the offline destination folder in our Mac, instead of having all the files in the "Files" drive that gets mounted automatically?
