We would like to announce the newest release of the ShareFile Outlook Plugin, v.5.3, is now available.

What's New: Help & Troubleshooting



As a part of overall update to our support process, we have updated the Help page to link to https://www.sharefile.com/support




We have also improved error messaging to direct users to troubleshooting articles for two common error scenarios:
  1. The user has reached a bandwidth limit set by the account admin: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208423 
  2. The user has multiple versions of MSFT Outlook installed: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX233648

The generic error message has also been updated to link to the knowledge base article on common troubleshooting steps at https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX233650



The following issues have also been resolved:
  • Customer upgrading from version 3.6 to 5.1 experienced an issue where their Single Sign On using ADFS did not authenticate without requiring a restart after install.
