We are pleased to announce the release of updates to the RightSignature web application for the month of September 2017. The following features and improvements were released at various points in September with the latest release on September 27th for the web application.  The notes below also include information for the mobile application releases for both iOS and Android that went live on 10/2/17.

Here's what's new:

Application Optimizations

A lot of work has been done around increasing the efficiency of the application especially around requests for particular documents and templates.  Additionally, we've added loading spinners in several places so that users are more aware that their request is being processed.

Login Redirect Improvements

Previously logging in would place a user onto their dashboard.  Now users are redirected back to their originally requested URL. This should make going to a particular document or template much easier!

Mobile Push Notifications:

Both the iOS and Android applications have been updated to include push notifications.  Users can now enable push notifications to receive notifications when a document needs signature, when reminders have been sent, when a document has been signed, and/or when a document has been completed.  See the images below:

Bug Fixes

The following problems have been fixed:

·       CC'd parties will no longer get an email when a Share Link is viewed.

·       Senders who are also signers should only see the sign button in their dashboard if they have verified their email.

·       Templates can now be edited multiple times.

·       Editing a reusable template that has an attachment component no longer causes an error.

·       Google drive searching now functions properly.

·       Date-fields no longer incorrectly have a time-zone associated with them.

·       iOS application: Sender-signers now properly shown as a signer.

Who needs to know?

The RightSignature Web Application and Mobile iOS/Android Application September releases are targeted for all customers.
