Release notes, ShareFile Desktop App for Windows, version 1.19

We are pleased to announce that ShareFile Desktop App for Windows, version 1.19, has met all the requirements for Release to Web (RTW) and can be downloaded from the Apps page within your account today. 

Important Information: 
Next year, ShareFile Desktop App for Windows will be upgraded to Citrix Files for Windows. You can begin your transition today by deploying Citrix Files for Windows, instead of ShareFile Desktop App for Windows, to your end users. What's New:
  • Support for Resumable Downloads – downloads interrupted due to a network disconnection will automatically resume downloading from the last point when the interruption occurred.

We have been having several issues with this update.  The app stops working anytime we try to work in ShareFile, if you search something first it says that folder is empty, search it again and sharefile app shuts down.  This started late last week and is an issue for all our users.  Is there a update to fix this issue?
