We are pleased to announce the release of the ShareFile Web Application v.17.7! The following features and improvements will be rolled out incrementally between now and March 24th.

New Features

Request List: Export Task List to Excel

Customers utilizing ShareFile's Request List feature can now export a task list to Excel. This feature allows customers to export tasks they've created for use in future request lists or generate status reports for review or retention purposes.

To export a task list, access your Request List file (from where it stored in your account, or via the Workflows menu) and use the drop-down menu beside the Request List Name to access the Export to Excel option.

Hi,

For the branding portion, does this resolve custom formatting (i.e. our custom branding had line breaks)?

Hey Jeremiah - I recall chatting with you about something similar a few updates ago. I'm sorry if those issues have persisted! Looking over that issue's history it looks like it was a bit stubborn and came back after we thought we had it - are you still seeing those formatting issues as of today?

Hi Jerred - good memory, I think I initially posted on the 17.5 announcement. Unfortunately, still having issues with the custom branding on welcome emails. For the past four months been working with Prianka in branding - so we have a case ongoing and hopefully it appears maybe a resolution soon.
