Oh ohk, thanks Chris, Do you also know if Citrix for Windows and Citrix for outlook have been rolled out to users/customers? And if yes, then how much %age of such users? I am a sharefile admin so that's why I am asking. Currently I install Citrix Sharefile sync app v3.16.108.1 and sharefile outlook plugin v3.9.419.0 for my users.

Citrix Files for Windows is currently available and is a separate app from Sync, so you would need to manually install it - though keep in mind, offline access will be in beta near the end of Oct / early Nov with a public release in mid December / early 2019, so if you need offline access you should stick with Sync, for now. We wont be auto updating accounts from Sync to Citrix Files for Windows until Q2 2019.

Citrix Files for Outlook is also currently available as Citrix Files for Outlook 6.0, however we will not be auto updating accounts from ShareFile Outlook Plug-in to Citrix Files for Outlook until 6.1, which is scheduled to go publicly available mid this week and the canary process will be roughly 1-2 weeks depending on how the rollout goes. You can go ahead though and push out the new Citrix Files for Outlook or have your end users manually install it now, if you want. Or you can wait for the auto update process.
