We are pleased to announce the release of ShareFile Web Application v18.9. The following changes will be available to all customers in the coming days. 

New Admin Setting: Allow Secondary Email Addresses

Admins can now disable the ability for users to add secondary email addresses to their user account. This setting setting can be found in the Admin Settings menu on the Email Settings page under Advanced Preferences. 



Report Update: User Report

The User Report now includes a column to display who created each user. User reports can be generated on the Reporting page under Company Account Info in Admin Settings. You can find out more about available reports at https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208320.  



The following customer issues have been resolved:
  • Remote upload form UI was misaligned. 
  • Changes to the user permission for "Be Added to File Drops" were not saving properly.
