Right Signature Rate Limit Exception

Hi  All,

What is the best way to handle Rate Limit exception(status code 429). I  am getting such exceptions even though I am not hitting the 40 Document per hour limit. I tried reaching out to Customer Support to see what could be the reason for the exceptions, but I was redirected here.

I would be grateful for any tips or suggestions in debugging the issue.

Also Is there a another plan that will significantly increase the Document per hour request ceiling ?
